Well what a great time we had at the Golden Cleaver Awards in Harrogate last weekend.
It's a national competition for the butchery industry that sees Butchers from across the country compete to win Golden Cleaver Awards 🏆
Again this year we came home with THREE CERTIFICATES for our Homemade Lamb, spinach and feta sausage,our traditional Pork sausage and our Pork and apple chutney sausage 😋
The judges comments included "Melt in the mouth texture" and "juicy and flavoursome"
BUT WE WILL LET YOU BE THE JUDGE OF THAT!😁

Really fun day today at the battle of the butchers in Harrogate, lots of stalls to look round.. new ideas, great food, great drink some cool competitions to watch and even got to grab some more award certificates for our sausages 😍
