πŸ„A little sneak peek behind the scenes...

Last month, we headed to Scotland to talk with some of our robotic milking customers and capture what working together with ARN really looks like.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in making this happen - we look forward to sharing the finished results with you.

πŸ‘€ And if you look closely… you might just spot a first glimpse of something new... Our new logo is launching very soon...

πŸ„ Liz shortlisted for livestock advisor of the year

At the end of last month, Liz welcomed the Farmers Weekly Awards judges to Kerricks Farm as part of the judging process for Livestock Adviser of the Year.

Ryan Logan, Farm Manager at Kerricks Farm kindly hosted the visit, giving Liz the opportunity to showcase the breadth of her work alongside Ryan and Hollie and, importantly, the impact she has on the farm and its team.

One of the key things to come through during the visit was Liz’s in-depth knowledge of the whole farm system, from calf rearing and youngstock management through to the milking herd. Ryan highlighted just how much Liz has become an integral part of the farm team, providing advice that goes far beyond nutrition.

Liz takes the time to understand the farm’s numbers, challenges and ambitions, using this knowledge to help the team achieve its KPIs. She is equally invested in the people working on the farm, supporting staff training and education, helping to develop and implement protocols, and bringing in industry experts where their knowledge can add value.

It was a fantastic opportunity for Liz to demonstrate not only her technical knowledge, but also the collaborative and practical approach that makes her such an important part of the farms she works with.

A huge thank you to the Farmers Weekly Awards judges for making the journey up the country to meet Liz and see her work first-hand. And, of course, a massive thank you to Ryan and Hollie for their time, hospitality and for kindly hosting everyone at Kerricks Farm.

🀞Fingers crossed for Liz, its great to see her shortlisted for this award!
