Yesterday we had the honour of attending the House of Lords for the Countryside Alliance Awards, representing Northern Ireland as the Butcher Champion. We may not have come home with the national title, but standing there as a small butcher concession, lifted up by our community, felt like a victory in itself.

The experience reminded us how far we’ve come and how much passion goes into what we do every single day. We were incredibly proud to represent our wee country, and we truly couldn’t have reached that stage without the support of our loyal customers who champion us year after year.

We’re heading home feeling grateful, inspired, and more motivated than ever to keep growing Cleaver & Steel bigger and better. Thank you for believing in us! The journey continues, and the best is still ahead. ❤️
