Well, that was a super busy lunch service at Rewaco Trikes in Brechin today! 🥔🚚

In fact, it was so busy that we got caught short halfway through service 😮‍💨

A huge thank you to everyone for being so understanding and patient, and to those who were happy to place an order to collect a little later, allowing us to catch up and get back on track again. We really appreciate it 💛

Brechin, you gave us an amazing welcome! The support, feedback and lovely comments about our food were fantastic to hear.

It's safe to say our first visit was a success... 🙌

A busy day getting stocked up and prepping for our pop-up at Rewaco Trikes, Brechin tomorrow! 🚚🥔

As well as all our usual fillings, toppings and sauces, we'll also have Baked's Sunday Special 👇

🔥 6-hour slow cooked BBQ pulled pork loaded into a cheesy tattie, topped with hot honey, crispy onions and jalapeños, served with a side of sweetcorn.

The popular fillings today were the chicken mayo and pulled chicken curry – both completely sold out! 🙌🥔

Our cake cabinet was looking a little sorry for itself today 😆 but don't worry, we’ve got cinnamon roll slices and our version of the viral cornflake brownies ready for tomorrow 🤤🍰

Just a quick note that we currently have no forks available until our delivery arrives later this week, as some of our stock was unfortunately ruined during the flooding.
