A few days of work in Glastonbury (although it didn’t feel like work) loved being in the thick of all the fun and games! What an experience.

Festive dinner for a client in beautiful rural Essex, so many twinkly lights! Menu was client lead with some tasty canapés and bubbles to start, whipped goats cheese, smoky squash and basil pesto, tempura kind prawns with coconut and turmeric yogurt. Beef fillet, creamy horseradish mash, red onion tart tatins and buttered greens, finished off with lemon posset and warm mulled winter berries with almond biscotti.

50th birthday celebration at Castle Ashby. Such a beautiful setting and weather to compliment the surroundings. Canapés and buffet, incredible colours and flavours for Spring.

Ruby wedding anniversary celebration for a hundred yesterday in the clients stunning Tudor home in Mundon near Maldon. The host provided an impressive Hog roast with the most delicious crackling! A selection of salads including, cumin roasted carrot, white bean, dill and feta/bulgar, barley and heritage tomato, eastern couscous with roasted squash and red onion. Desserts were white chocolate, honey and thyme cheesecakes, dark chocolate and sour cherry brownies and individual lemon and raspberry tarts.
