Afternoon All,
I just wanted to let you know that from April onwards, Mark Higgs and the team at Freespirit Pubs Co are taking over operations of Pinnock Distillery, which is really exciting news. I will still be involved for several months as I hand over the reins, so to speak and ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
It's been a terrific 8 years, growing Pinnock Distillery from out of my kitchen at Pinnock Cottages in Kineton and eventually moving things up to the Castle at Edgehill, to set up the wonderful Castle Gin School with Mark - therefore it seemed a natural fit that Mark and the team were the right guys to take Pinnock Distillery into the next chapter.
It just leaves me to say thank you to all of our customers, new and old. It's been a real pleasure getting to know everyone over the past few years. It's been a rollercoaster for sure, with covid, cost of living and everything constantly going up in price. However we've endured thanks to you and now it time to pass on the baton. Support Mark and the team. The gin will continue to be made to exactly the same standards and do check out their wonderful pubs too!
