Who is Smoky Moo Moo’s?
Baz has been a chef working aboard and in the UK for 17 years, his partner Maddie has always been a keen forager, inspired by the seasons and has huge respect for the talented growers in Herefordshire. She prefers Veggie Pizza and Baz prefers maxi meaty ones! Their preferences mean that everyone is hopefully covered.
Their intention is to create a pizza popup that uses as much UK grown food that is organic, seasonal and tastes fantastic.
We believe that great food & Music brings people together – especially nourishing food from local soil. The woodfired oven we use was hand built by Robin, owner of The Barn and we try to keep every part of our pizza as handmade as possible.
Every Saturday from 3pm The Barn is joined by musicians so there is a great atmosphere from the beautiful music that they create. Great food helps so we do this bit!
We try and source everything as locally as possible, preferring organic, British produce. We even source our mozzarella from a Somerset buffalo Mozzarella producer !
