Henry Westons Vintage Cider

Henry Westons Vintage Cider Premium vintage c***rs from Herefordshire, created by Henry Weston in 1880๐ŸŽ Over many years we refined the art of Herefordshire c***r making.

In 1880 Henry Weston first started crafting c***r from bittersweet apples grown on his farm in Much Marcle, Herefordshire. Today, Henry Westons C***rs are left to mature for up to 180 days in our oak vats to allow our c***r to develop a depth of flavour resulting in a c***r which is medium dry with a deep, rich finish.

How many have you ticked off already? If your Bank Holiday includes at least three of these, we'd say you're doing it properly.

British weather has always kept our orchards on their toes. Fortunately, our apple trees have had generations of practice.

Some have been growing here since Henry Weston's day in the 1880s, quietly producing the fruit that goes into every drop of c***r today.

A good c***r doesn't need much. Just good company... and something worth nibbling.

Whether it's olives, mixed nuts or your favourite sharing snacks, the simplest pairings are often the best.

What do you pair your c***r with?

Not all apples are created equal. And thankfully for us, neither is c***r.

When it comes to making proper c***r, sweeter isn't always better.

Traditional c***r apples are naturally more bitter and dry than eating apples. Those distinctive qualities may make them a little too sharp for your fruit bowl, but they're exactly what gives c***r its rich, full-bodied flavour.

Turns out, being a bit bitter has its benefits.

Welcome to our c***r mill.

Some of the oak vats we still use today have been maturing Henry Westons for generations. Turns out experience really does count.

Everyone has a favourite part of enjoying a Henry Westons.

Our favourite bit? The bit in the glass.

Just kidding... It's the first sip (although the last one's not far behind). What's yours?

Everyone loves a shortcut. We've never really seen the appeal.

You can't rush a proper c***r. It starts with carefully grown apples from a single year's harvest, takes time to mature, and ends with a crisp vintage pint that's worth waiting for.

Some things are made for sharing. The patch of sun in the b**r garden. Your chips (whether you offered them or not). An opinion on the ref. That story you've told a hundred times that somehow gets better with age. And a bottle of Henry Westons.

Because the good stuff's always better split a few ways.

The longer days are a good excuse to stay outside a little longer, pour one more glass, and pretend tomorrow isn't a work day.

Here's to making the most of every last bit of daylight. With a Henry Westons, naturally.

A British BBQ isn't complete without someone declaring themselves head chef and at least one burger being described as "perfectly fine once you scrape that bit off." Good job there's a Henry Westons on the table. What's your BBQ favourite?
