Home Kong Street Food is not going to pay anymore ridiculous fee to , £2100 a month for a 4.6x 2.5m DARK KITCHEN. There for we won’t sell on Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat etc food platform. We will ONLY using our own website for order in these few months till we can found our new place in Leeds. If you guys want to support us please click our website on Monday there will be 30% off for whole menu.

Home Kong street food in Leeds 🇭🇰

Ordered this nice dinner yesterday from who only launched their business a few days ago but thanks to .hong.kong.girl for finding them right away.

It does look like there isn’t much food in the pictures but believe me we couldn’t finish what we ordered between the two of us.

Hong Kong street food platter (£13.95) that comes with:
4x Sui Mai. Absolutely delicious! Always a favourite!

4x HarGow: like glass dumplings. Tasty.

4x Radish cakes. So delicious and they were perfect with the hoisin sauce (that was a bit salty for my liking but didn’t mind it at all tbh).

2x sticky rice cake: these are my new most favourite thing. They’re very floppy and sticky but I absolutely loved them. (The man wasn’t sure about it lol).

4x Tikuwa: thought this was squid bc they had the same rubbery texture and a fishy taste but apparently they’re sort of like a fish paste mixed with salt, sugar, starch, MSG & egg whites. Not sure I liked this one very much. Apparently, they’re a marmite thing even over there.

4x Fired tofu: I’m not a big tofu fan so these are as god as they can ever be tbh...

Mini curry platter (2.95). Comes with:
2x spring rolls
2x meaty samosas
Both were extremely delicious. Perfect crisp and beautiful fillings!

3xFried radish. (£3.95) Another absolute favourite for me! Crispy from the outside. Nice size and just so delicious. The man thought they were dry but I mean, dip them in the sauce, duh! I accepted no criticism to this one!

🥟 We ordered 4x more Sui Mai (2.95) bc we knew we like it and I’m glad we did. They had a nice smoky flavour (chef’s kiss).

Spicy garlic fried vermicelli (£4.95)
Glass noodles that were a bit hard to eat bc they’re all sticking together and it was hard to separate. Think I should’ve used scissors with it (not being funny) but we managed. The prawns were tiny but they actually tasted soooo good!

🚗 It was delivered within an hour for only £2. And we got some complimentary ice tea which was nice and cold!

This was a fun experiment for us bc we are ignorant about Hong Kong street food. Really enjoyed. Would order again!

I cried a lot last night cause I’m missing home, everything in Hong Kong. But when I woke up this morning I can feel peaceful, think it is because of the sand have to be washed away by tears.
