2 friends with a love of food, who want to share their passion for great food and tasty treats. ginger (chris) & jerk (jermaine) was dreamt up from a number of conversations with friends and family (usually over a shandy or two) - we used to cook for friends/family and they told us they w
ould pay good money for it. so in the midst of a global pandemic we thought now was the perfect time to start :)
our plan was to start as a pop up food stall, visiting local markets/events, however plans change and we are now launching as a local collection food operator. how do we do it? all our meat/produce is locally sourced from around leeds, we smoke/cook from our own homes and offer these great tasting dishes for you to try by collecting from leeds, LS15. as we are just starting out our menu will be posted online (fb/insta), orders and payments need to be made by wednesday and your food will be ready for collection on the friday of that week
