Well the time has come for us to say goodbye to West End House.

The past few months have highlighted what is so wrong about how Stonegate deal with their tenants in their L&T sites. We have put a lot of hard work and effort and even our own money into fixing things that weren’t down to us to fix…the list of issues goes on…

…rising costs…
…people not spending the way they used to…

We are excited for the next move but we will miss each and every one of our loyal and regular customers who have helped to support us through everything we have been through the past two years!

Our last trading day is on Sunday so we hope we get to see some of you before we leave!

It’s onwards and upwards away from the control of a “brewery” who doesn’t know what they’re doing!

We will be open from 12pm till 10pm 🕙

The pub will be remaining open for a couple more weeks after quiz has ended but only for drinks! 🍺

We only have 4 more weeks of our Thursday night quizzes left before they’re gone for good!

Join us from 7.30pm to be in with a chance of winning a bar tab voucher (voucher can now be used on a Thursday night).

Please note - the quiz will only go ahead if there are more than 3 or 4 teams. If the teams do not meet or exceed the number then the quiz will not happen.
Our bar staff do not appreciate rudeness or abruptness as it is not their decision to make as to whether it happens or not.
Please be mindful of this when you turn up to play.

Due to the lack of bookings for today we have decided not to go ahead with our final Sunday lunch.

This now means our kitchen is officially closed for good.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the last two years (in particular this past very testing year) and we will miss you all greatly.

If anyone would like any more information as to what is next - pop in for a pint and we will let you know!

We are still open for drinks for the next few weeks. (Monday - Thursday from 4pm, Friday from 3pm, Saturday & Sunday from 12pm)

Please call us on 07487254999 to reserve a table this coming Sunday for our final Sunday lunch!

It will only be roast options that are available (pork, gammon, chicken, beef & vegetarian wellington) and once they’re gone they’re gone!

The pub will still be open Monday - Thursday from 4pm, Friday from 3pm and Saturday/Sunday from 12pm for drinks only the next few weeks.

Book in for our last Sunday Lunch this coming Sunday!

12pm till 3.30pm - then our kitchen will be fully closed and we will only be open for drinks from 4pm Monday - Thursday, 3pm Friday and 12pm Saturday & Sunday 🍻

We haven’t made this public knowledge as such…however some of you are aware that we are leaving West End.
We would like to thank all of you who have made this journey one to remember and those of you who has supported us throughout this rather testing past year.

Stonegate are making it now impossible for us to keep going as they are pricing things out of our control. We don’t feel it’s right to charge what we do but unfortunately we don’t have a say.

New ventures await - for those who are interested, pop in for a pint and we will fill you in 😀

Next Sunday will be our FINAL trading for Sunday lunch (kitchen is fully closed during the week now) so come on down and have one final lunch with us!
