Summer seems to be lasting a bloody long time and the sun if still out so if you want a fantastic picnic, add these to your list

Before anyone comes for me, I love M&S Food picky bits but I don’t see them having a roast meats and rice counter (but they should)

You know the drill, we’re scoring 5 categories: Pantry, Sauces, Noodles, Snacks and Frozen

We’re rating the Asian aisle and I was pleasantly surprised to that Waitrose had the good brands and didn’t just have their own range

They do need a bit of help on their sauces and noodle options though so have your people call my people and I’ll be happy to advise

The freshly made sushi just stole the show for me

Where to next? I’m running out of supermarkets

Tried the Dumplings range and went straight for the Pork & Chive, Prawn Hargow and Shanghai Soup Dumplings.

Dangerously good for something you can have sitting in the freezer. The Prawn Hargow especially… 👀
