Bearded Baker Delicious Desserts, Bread Loaves and Tasty Treats 'Made to Order' I welcome ideas from anyone for a dessert or baked good they would like making.

Cash/Bank Transfer will be my preferred payment type as I don't currently have the ability to take card payments. My Menu is always evolving, new desserts and cakes being added and taken off accordingly from time to time, but some desserts etc might just be posted on Facebook without being added to my Menu. If there is something that you would like swap out for a cake etc. for example, no Alcohol in a cake, this can be replaced with Orange juice instead, or if you would like a different flavour Brownie for example, please make an enquiry. Christmas Cakes & Jamaican Rum Cakes, are Seasonal, however, these can still be made for you, these have a 1 month lead time to allow for the cakes to be fed with Alcohol. Desserts such as Banoffee Pie & Cheesecakes, are available to order with a 2–3-day lead time. I prefer these to be collected in person, but local deliveries may be available, please send an enquiry for this. Bread is available next day or in some cases, the same day. All my Bread is hand made. These are standard loaves baked in a 3LB Loaf tin. As well as White Bread, there is the option of Brown or Wholemeal too. Sourdough is available next day but only if this is ordered prior to 10am (it's a long process)

Should you have any questions regarding Food Allergens, then please make an enquiry. Where Chocolate is involved, there may be Nuts so please check with me in the first instance. For all other enquiries, please contact me accordingly.

Following some positive feedback, the 2 Menu's I released recently were a little 'too busy and overcrowded'

This has now been rectified.

The Menu's can be printed off and have a QR code on them which will take poeple direct to this Page.

Everything is a little clearer now.

There will be a 'Specials' Menu released within the next week for Bonfire Night and the middle of November for Christmas related Desserts etc.

***Important Update Regarding Christmas Cakes***

Please note all orders for Christmas cakes have now been reserved.

I gave everyone the opportunity to order one during the entirety of September.

The Christmas Cakes that have been pre-ordered, will be baked this weekend, to ensure they are fed with Brandy over the next 12 weeks, in the run up to Christmas.

I will not be able to take any further orders for them now.

A couple of people have recently asked about 'My Menu' and why it doesn't include all of the things I bake such as Pie's etc.
This is due to the fact that my menu evolves weekly, sometimes daily and with this, until I have the time to create a new set of Menu's, I have my basic 'Menu' and all other baked goods are to be found on my Feed along with thier associated prices. If you can't see everything on my 'Feed' then you'll need to follow my Page.
