🃏 We're not entirely convinced that the new and improved Joker products featuring the mysterious ingredient "Smylex" are going to be particularly good for human consumption...

🍺 We are, however, very convinced that our second 10th Birthday beer, Brand X, is.

This 5% old-school IPA is packed with Cascade, Simcoe, Summit and Columbus hops, delivering huge notes of pine, orange peel, grapefruit and apricot, all backed up by the kind of firm, satisfying bitterness that modern IPAs seem to have forgotten.

No gimmicks. No secret chemicals. Just proper IPA.
It's quickly become one of our favourite beers we've brewed in a long time.

To celebrate 10 years of Wilde Child Brewing, we've brewed two very special limited-edition beers – and they're available NOW in cask, keg and can.

🍺 Brand X (5%) – an old-school IPA loaded with Cascade, Simcoe, Summit & Columbus hops. Big flavour, proper bitterness and a rich malty backbone. A throwback to the IPAs that started it all.

🍰 Double Trouble (5%) – our Birthday Cake Stout. Think icing sugar, sponge cake and chocolatey goodness in liquid form. Dessert in a glass.

We’re turning TEN YEARS OLD and we’d love you to come celebrate with us 🍻

We’ll have 14 draught beers pouring, including TWO special 10th Birthday beers brewed specially for the occasion 👀

🎂 Double Trouble – 5% Birthday Cake Stout
🔥 Brand X – 5% IPA (a dialled-down throwback to one of the very first beers we brewed back in 2016 — HopStrosity)

Alongside those, we’ll also have guest beers pouring from:
🍺 Brew York
🍺 Arbor
🍺 Newbarns
🍺 Vault City

Plus a dozen or so cans in the fridge for takeaway drinking duties 🍻

🎶 Live band: Adverse Camber will be playing Classic and Modern Rock from 2pm–4pm.

The weather is supposed to be cracking this coming weekend (a rarity on an English Bank Holiday).
If you're up and around Bedale way then be sure to drop in to Exelby Green Dragon Beer Festival which will be serving up an array of beery delights ... including a selection of Wilde Child's finest.

As the weekend begins, the countdown is on to our Beer Festival starting on the 23rd of May — a fantastic weekend packed with live music, great food, and fabulous beer!
