Sugarshane's Sauces A range of mouth-watering homemade sauces created by Shane Adams 'Sugar Shane'. My Dad, from Basseterre in St.

Hi, I'm Sugar Shane aka Shane Adams and I'm currently working as a Head Chef in Headingley, Leeds. Kitts, got me kitchen-friendly at just 8 years old imparting his Caribbean culinary prowess along the way. Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and now Head Chef, I have been cooking professionally for 20 years. Upon arriving at my latest job, I was able to develop my flare for adding a tasty twist to tender steaks resulting in my developing a range of delicious glazes and sauces. In my own words - well, actually a line taken from my favourite movie 'Friday after next' - These are sauces so good you'll slap your momma!! The current range include a hot sauce, bourbon glaze and a jerk sauce. These are perfect as a marinade, dipping sauce, BBQ baste and table sauce...

We've got A LOT on in august, so here are some dates to get in your calendar!

We're back at theocmirfield TWICE in august.

We've been invited to Stage at the Lake to be in the premium lounge! We'll be there every evening with our sandwiches and bakes.

Then we're back at The Ark Flockton for the last pop up of the month!

As well as all that we've got a wedding to cater for, a couple of office buffets and a load of bakes for a sports club.

AND the shop is open 9-3 Monday to Saturday as usual!
