Hi, I'm Sugar Shane aka Shane Adams and I'm currently working as a Head Chef in Headingley, Leeds. Kitts, got me kitchen-friendly at just 8 years old imparting his Caribbean culinary prowess along the way. Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and now Head Chef, I have been cooking professionally for 20 years. Upon arriving at my latest job, I was able to develop my flare for adding a tasty twist to tender st

In my own words - well, actually a line taken from my favourite movie 'Friday after next' - These are sauces so good you'll slap your momma!! The current range include a hot sauce, bourbon glaze and a jerk sauce. These are perfect as a marinade, dipping sauce, BBQ baste and table sauce...
