£25,175 a year, plus a monthly bonus that takes it to around £35,000 on target. No experience needed.
We are looking for somebody to pick up the phone to companies that have never heard of us, and start a conversation. We give you the list. You ring them, follow up by email and LinkedIn, and book the ones who are interested in to see our sales lead.
It is a phone job first. There is a daily call target, and a good part of every day goes on talking to people you have never met. If that sounds like fun, read on. If it makes your stomach drop, this is not the one for you.
Full time, Monday to Friday, office based in Allerton Bywater. Full training, and we would rather teach you our way than undo somebody else's.

Just finished a plumbing course, or about to?

There is a whole industry most people never hear about. We build and service the water treatment systems that factories need before they can make food, medicine, b**r or aircraft parts, and we are looking for a trainee engineer to learn it with us.

You would start out alongside our engineers: installing and modifying pipework, commissioning equipment, taking water samples, finding faults. Reverse osmosis, softeners, demineralisation, pumps and controls. We teach you all of it.
From £22,000 to start, plus overtime. Based in Allerton Bywater and out on customer sites across the UK, with some nights away. Full UK driving licence, or working towards one.

Sales and Marketing Assistant. £12.91 an hour, which is £25,175 a year, plus a monthly bonus linked to your outreach. Around £35,000 a year on target. Office based here in Allerton Bywater, Monday to Friday.

Trainee Water Treatment Engineer. From £22,000 to start, plus overtime. This one suits somebody who has just finished, or is about to finish, a plumbing course.
We design and build the water treatment systems that factories need before they can make food, medicine, b**r or aircraft parts. We have been doing it for over thirty years, and we train people ourselves rather than expecting them to arrive knowing it.

From today, our office hours are changing to 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. We're opening half an hour earlier, so early birds can reach us from 8:30. Everything else carries on exactly as before: same team, same service.

Is your reverse osmosis system not performing as it should?

Issues such as reduced water output, rising conductivity, or increased operating pressure are often signs that an RO system needs attention.

Common causes include:

✔ Membrane fouling
✔ Scaling from dissolved minerals
✔ Insufficient pre-treatment
✔ Incorrect operating conditions

The good news is that many problems can be resolved through proper troubleshooting and optimisation — helping restore system performance and extend membrane life.
