Taking a leek or even a few thousand! Planting up for autumn/winter even though the shop is closed most of the year we are still busy growing fresh veg for a few veg shops and restaurants around Leeds

We may no longer be open all the time on the farm but that doesn't mean that the work has stopped. Here we are planting the leeks last week. You can find our produce to buy at The Fruit Stall in Chapel Allerton, Tomlinsons in Pudsey and to eat out at The Swine Bistro Headingley and Stuzzi Leeds.

RHUBARB TOURS 2026

WHITELEY'S FARM, HOUGHSIDE ROAD, PUDSEY

Places are available on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd February 2026 which is over the Rhubarb Festival weekend. Tours start at 10am or 1pm and include a tour/history of our farm, traditional and modern methods of growing rhubarb. Tea/coffee, homemade scones with homemade rhubarb jam and cream. A demo on how to make your own pink (rhubarb) gin plus 1kg of rhubarb to take home. £27.50 per person. Booking is essential and places are limited on each tour. Last day today to come and get a tree from us. We are here 10 til 3 for trees last of the wreaths and dry seasoned LOGS 10 bags £60 kindling £6.50 a bag.

We will then be closed until Saturday 10th January 2026. Don't be left in the cold this Christmas.

Morning, Chrismas is in full swing here at the farm, trees, wreaths and of course logs and kindling to keep you toasty warm over the festive season. 10 bags only £60 or £6.20 each, kindling £6.50 a bag. Trees from £25. Christmas treats from Scott's Stall include mulled wine and luxury hot chocolates.

Had a lovely evening on our very first collaboration with Sunny Jolly Designs plenty of gorgeous greenery fresh from the farm. I think all the ladies did amazingly well and I'm sure you'll agree that they look fabulous.
