Ccoa Dulce De Leche Stout 4.8%

Indulgent and creamy, with notes of sweet caramel. And it's even gluten-free!

The adorable artwork is inspired by the fierce feline mountain spirit from Quechua and Andean folklore. The Ccoa is said to control the weather, and needs to be placated with offerings... else it's wrath will be felt in the form of rainstorms, complete with lightning strikes from its glowing eyes!

Ccoa will be on the webshop from Monday. Available in cask, keg and can to Trade from the usual places.

🎂Birthday Release🎂

Seraphim Coconut & Tonka Barley Wine

13% of delicious goodness brewed for our 6th Birthday! It's an unctuous, dark amber beer with a syrupy texture. The rich malt base creates flavours of sweet dried fruit. Toasted coconut flakes add a creamy texture and a beachy, tropical note. Tonka emphasises the sweetness. Heavenly.

It's hard to put 6 years of graft, passion and knowledge into one beer - but we've given it a go!

New Beer Out Monday!

Pilou Gluten Free Hazy Pale

Pilou was brewed with wheat and oats for a pillowy soft body. Dry hopped with Ella, Enigma & Limequat Hop Kief. Ella & Enigma provide aromas and intense flavours of tropical fruits, sweet peach and red berries. Limequat Hop Kief, a new liquid based hop product, adds to the tropical fruit flavours whilst also adding a burst of lime zest.

Pilous are mischievous creatures from French folklore. They are rarely seen, but are said to look like large dormice. They live in attics and make mysterious (and annoying) loud stamping sounds at night.

The labels have just arrived for our latest IPA!

Sphinx is a hazy IPA brewed with wheat and oats for a pillowy soft body. Dry hopped with Galaxy, Idaho 7 & Citra Hyperboost. Galaxy hops add intense flavours of passionfruit and peach, Idaho 7 hops add to this tropical fruit burst and provide a pine/resinous profile. Citra Hyperboost enhances the vibrant aroma profile and adds flavours of citrus, tropical fruits and zesty lime to this saturated, hop-forward IPA.

Sphinx will be on sale from Monday!

We designed our latest lager to pair perfectly with *insert favourite brand here* bacon crisps. The beer is malty, roasty, crispy, with a touch of smoky campfire flavours.

Cask is king

Our latest in our seasonal, traditional cask range is ready! Cask Pantheon 006 is a classic Best Bitter. Pours a nice, bright copper colour. The malt brings flavours of caramel and biscuit. Hopped with Phoenix for notes of spice and bitter chocolate, with a herbal finish.
