It's hello from me and more about the ethos behind Pickle Kitchen

Ive had lots of lovely new followers recently so sharing a little more about me and what makes Pickle Kitchen so unique.

🍞 We cook, share tips and make tasty creations
🍉 But food is so much more than what is on your plate
🧈 so we smell it, taste it, shake it, dance about it

Because that's the best way to engage with it

🎂 And exploring the world through food is a great place to start

As a nation we hardly manage our 5 a day yet simple changes could make a real difference.

So why don't you just add one more veg tonight into your meal? Making it a regular change can have a massive impact on your family and slowly encourage everyone to be more accepting of it.

Pop it on the side, stir it through, sprinkle it on top - all ways to add a little more veg without making big changes.

Wouldn't it be great if our supermarkets could help give us the nudge too?
