💫OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT💫

WE FINALLY HAVE an opening date, Thursday 18th June! All pizzas are pre-ordered like we have always done, and are slightly limited for now (still looking for helping hands!!!). The pre-orders will open the day before at 12pm via our Storekit link.

We’ll be then opening Wednesday to Friday, 4-9pm and Saturday & Sunday 3-9pm.

If there are still remaining slots left on the day, you can order up to an hour before the collection time. We have limited seating, for those who travel and would like to eat in. There is plenty of car parking space, to pick up your pizza, too.

We can’t wait to see you all soon & more importantly, we can’t wait to start making some good food for you again. 🍕🍕🍕 Edge & Grace.

JOIN OUR TEAM 🤍 Ahead of opening our first location, we’re looking for pizza chefs. If you’re a kind and hard working person that fancies being part of a small growing business then we’d love to hear from you ☺️

We ask that you have solid dough and fermentation knowledge, up to date food hygiene certificates and preferably experience from working in a similar busy role. Also a huge passion for the craft of pizza, great quality ingredients and a love for making and serving really good food.

Working clean and calmly under pressure are a must as you’ll be jumping straight into the opening team!

Finally. It’s happening!!!!!! 🥹🔑🏠🍕

Well there’s good reason for our silence over the last few months, (planning permission pending) we’ve got a home! Seven months of looking and we’ve learnt so much on this journey already, from investment that didn’t work out, to dodgy buildings not fit for purpose. We’ve got there in the end 🤘🏼

All that to say, we pride ourselves on perfection and wouldn’t settle for anything less. We hope this will be worth the wait, and that you’ll support us on this next huge step. We are terrified to say the least, but we’re also so excited and immensely grateful to you our lovely customers for this opportunity. ❤️

It will be full pie, pre-orders as we’ve always done (for now), but you never know where this will take us as we get up and running. So excited to have you all through the doors soon. Good things come to those who wait🤞🏼LETS GO!

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY TO EDGES! ✌🏼🎂

Just over two years ago, Edge put together the idea of Edges Pizza and I explicitly said I want nothing to do with it. He likes to remind me of this all the time now 🤦🏼‍♀️

Grateful to all of our loyal customers, grateful to still be in business, grateful for all the other hospo businesses that share advice and support because it takes a village to run a small business. ⭐️
