Let’s talk about the star of the show though. The burger! We’ve got a brioche bun, chipotle mayo, lettuce, a Nashville Hot fried chicken thigh, pickles, a big ol’ mozzarella stick and hot honey. Un-f**king-real 🌶️
Finally we’re throwing in mozzarella sticks as a side. You have these as they come or take it up a level get them dunked in the Nashville Hot oil too, it’s completely up to you. They come with a side of hot honey and either way we’re sure you’re gonna love em 😍

Going back to my roots with this one and celebrating 64 years of Jamaican independence 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
3 specials for ya bludclart! We brought back the sweet jerk burger, crispy fried chicken thigh slathered in our signature jerk sauce, topped with a mango salsa and plantain chips, on a bed of crisp lettuce and lime & coriander mayo.
We’ve also got the oxtail mac & cheese to replace the beef short rib one for the time being. Soft and juicy slow cooked oxtail, done true yard style and mixed through our creamy mac & cheese.
Finally another new addition, the sweet jerk loaded fries! Hand cut jerk seasoned fries, like & coriander mayo, fried chicken, jerk sauce, mango salsa, crushed plantain crisps and pickled chillies. A mouthful to say the least!
On for the next 2 weeks, so get em while you can, the weather is perfect for it! ☀️☀️☀️

Day 6 of posting a trial real every day for 100 days. Today I’m sharing some things I do every morning to best prepare myself for the day. As a business owner, building good habits like this are really important.
