It’s been a little while… but we’re back 🔥

Kamal’s Kitchen is popping up at Bosuns Brewery on Friday 15th May from 5pm, serving up all your favourites — fresh, flavour-packed, and made with love.

Come down, grab a drink, and enjoy some proper good food in a great atmosphere. Bring your friends, come hungry, and make an evening of it.

It’s been a little quiet here recently—but there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes at Kamal’s Kitchen.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been reworking the menu. Not just changing dishes for the sake of it, but really thinking about what deserves to be on the plate—what represents the flavours, the story, and the experience I want to create.

The chaat has gone down really well, and that’s definitely here to stay. But alongside that, I’ve been exploring additions that feel different—while still staying true to authentic flavours and roots.

Some things are being refined. Some favourites are staying. And a few new ideas are coming to life that I’m genuinely excited about.

It’s easy to keep things the same—but growth comes from stepping back and asking, “How can this be better?”

We’re getting closer to something that feels more focused, more intentional, and more us.

Looking forward to sharing what’s next.

Proud to have catered today’s prestigious UK–India trade roundtable at the Textile Centre of Excellence in Huddersfield as Kamal’s Kitchen.

This important event, convened by the Department for Business and Trade in partnership with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, UK Fashion & Textile Association (UKFT) and the Textile Centre of Excellence, brought together senior UK and Indian trade officials, industry leaders and regional businesses to discuss the opportunities created by the UK–India Free Trade Agreement.

It was an honour for Kamal’s Kitchen to provide authentic Indian catering for such an influential gathering, supporting discussions focused on strengthening international partnerships, growing the fashion and textile sector, and building future trade connections between the UK and India.

We were especially proud to serve traditional dishes that celebrate the rich culinary heritage of India while delegates engaged in meaningful discussions, networking and collaboration.

Thank you to the organisers for trusting Kamal’s Kitchen to be part of such an important international business event.

Despite the wet and windy Thursday evening, Street Food at Fox at Thorner with Kamal’s Kitchen was a great success! 🌧️🌬️🔥

Thank you to everyone who braved the weather to come down, support local, and enjoy some amazing food. The atmosphere was still fantastic despite the rain!

We really appreciate the support and look forward to the next one… hopefully with better weather! ☔➡️☀️

Well very shocked this morning waking up to some unexpected news. I’m so excited to share that Kamal’s Kitchen has been nominated for the Jenny Garrett Global Award for Women in Business by Climb UK 💛
This award celebrates women driving innovation, growth, and positive change in business, and I’m truly honoured. As most of you know I set this business up in memory of my mum as I want to continue her legacy. She was one of the most amazing people you will ever meet and I was so privileged to have her as a mum. See bio for more information.
