I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who works alongside me and helps bring everything together.

Raimond — Front of House Manager
I’ve known Raimond since I first arrived in the UK. He has spent years working in hospitality, including in some fantastic high-end restaurants. Calm, experienced and always on top of things, he makes sure everything runs smoothly and every guest feels looked after.
Lola — Business & event support
My partner and one of the most important people behind the scenes. 🤍 Lola is involved in so much of what we do, from emails and collaborations to graphics, stationery and all the little details that keep things moving. She also designs all my menus through Carta & Co. I honestly couldn’t do it without her support.
James — Sous Chef
James has been working alongside me for the past three years, through countless preparations and events. He’s reliable, hardworking and always there when I need him. I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better sous chef to have by my side.
Marco — Bar Manager
You can’t have a team without a Marco! Always smiling, incredibly professional and always ready to smash out an event. He brings great energy to every service and is someone you can always rely on when the bar gets busy.
Roberto — Waiter
One of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. He never stops, never complains and is always professional, reliable and incredibly available. Whatever needs doing, Roberto is already there doing it.
Yolanda — Waitress
Our newest addition to the team, and already making a great impression. She has a fantastic way with guests, communicates brilliantly and has a natural ability to make everyone feel comfortable — and usually gets everyone laughing along the way.
