🔔 We're Hiring: Office Manager – LS9

Blue Pepper Catering is looking for an organised, friendly Office Manager to join our team, based in LS9, Leeds.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm

What you'll be doing:
📞 Answering phone calls and emails
📦 Processing daily orders on our system
🧾 Handling invoicing
🤝 Working closely with our Operations Manager
👨‍🍳 Liaising with our chefs to ensure they have all the relevant information for buffets and events

What we're looking for:
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Confident with computer systems
✅ Organised, reliable, and a team player
✅ Catering or events background preferred
✅ Previous office/admin experience preferred

📍 Based at our office in LS9
💰 Email for pay rate
⭐ Extra work available doing evening and weekend events, if you fancy earning a bit more!

We're looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our canteen team!
📍 Location: Wakefield
⏰ Hours: 3 days a week, 7am–3pm (days worked on a rota basis, so they'll vary week to week)
➕ Extra hours often available – e.g. covering colleagues' holidays

What you'll be doing:

Serving customers
Cleaning up and washing up
Basic kitchen prep

What you'll need:

Level 1 Food Hygiene certificate (essential)
Level 2 Food Hygiene (desirable, not essential)
A friendly, can-do attitude and reliability

Each year we are invited to cater for a children’s charity which put on a brilliant event for underprivileged children.

It’s such a great afternoon, seeing these kids have a fantastic time.
