at dubbing good food we believe in eating raw ingredients as part of a health diet, we use as much wholefoods as possible when cooking soups and stews and salad tubs and always source the best ingredients, avoiding msg and other nasties. We also try and avoid fake sugars and man made trans fats that can be found in supermarket cakes and biscuits and protein powders that you are encouraged to consu

me in the gym, dubbing good food was inspired by my love of good food and finding the best ingredients to feed my children, my brother has also been a big inspiration as he encourages us as a family to find alternative medicines and gives us great tips on what to avoid putting in our bodies, Its great to feel great about what your are eating and know what you are putting in your bodies and at dubbing good food we can assure you that everything we cook and use is only what we would eat ourselves. We also believe that treats are part of a healthy balance in life and we still love to cook a fat bacon butty or indulge in some cake...lets face it we cant be good all the time...life would be so boring!!

Living with fabry disease is tough.. and there are days when I just cannot do the physical stuff . Especially the last 3 months.. I’ve changed my diet ( been on nothing but calorie controlled meals ) thanks to plums cooking .. I’ve followed my calorie count instructed by Lloyd | Fat Loss for Busy Professionals .. and although I’ve not been well enough to participate in the exercise regimes this summer I’ve been sticking to my plan and seeing the calories come off slowly but naturally ..

Health tubs really do work .. organised and don’t reach for just any old thing ..
