Adams Foodservice is a newly formed
division of Adams Foods. It has been created to bring together the very best ingredients and products from across our manufacturing and packing facilities in the UK, Ireland & Europe, all under one roof to service the Foodservice market. Adams Foods is owned by the Irish Dairy Board which is a co-operative owned by Irish Dairy processing co-operatives and dairy
companies and, through them, by Irish Dairy Farmers. Adams Foodservice source only the best cheeses from across the UK, Europe and globally and pack over 80,000 tonnes per year. Our butter is from Ireland where the milk from grass fed cows gives the butter that creamy taste and texture available in pack formats designed for the Foodservice market. We have industry leading technologists who understand implicitly how to produce dairy ingredient powders and recipes that will add flavour, enhance the quality of the recipe, use alternative solutions to reduce fats and look at cost saving initiatives that still deliver a premium recipe solution. We are a one stop shop for your dairy solutions from off the shelf products to bespoke packaging, product and menu ideas and with a dedicated Foodservice team who understand the ever changing Foodservice market place, coupled with a strong network of distribution partners, our products are available to you across the UK.
