Really enjoyed yesterday, plenty of new customers enjoying their first try of maybe the best fudge around 😀 and even some known fans of especially the Black Treacle Fudge made an appearance.

This will probably be my only fair this spring/summer, unfortunately the hotter weather doesn't agree with fudge and can ruin it (through experience 🙄).

The Etsy shop will be around, fairs will ramp up again heading into autumn and winter.

No palm oils, no flavourings, no preservatives. The method and skill of fudge preserves it naturally. Saying that, it's always better eaten fresh 😋 especially this fresh batch of Black Treacle Fudge.
