That was one of the key messages shared by our founder, Sophia Turner, during her recent interview on BBC Radio Leicester.

This week, Sophia was featured in the Melton Times, where she spoke about the realities of living with food allergies and the growing number of people navigating them every day.

More than three million people in the UK are living with food allergies. Behind that statistic are real people making careful decisions every time they shop, cook or eat out.

Sophia's own experience inspired the creation of Saphe Appetite — a tool designed to help people better understand ingredients and make food choices with greater confidence.

We're at the Allergy & Free From Show this weekend, and we would like you to come and find us at Stand F34.

You know the mental load of eating out, the questions you have to ask, the risk you still end up taking, and the meals you avoid altogether because it's easier. Confident eating can feel like something other people get to do.

At Stand F34 this weekend, pick up any product at the show and hand it to us. We'll scan the ingredient list live and show you your results - flagged against your personal allergy profile, not a generic list.
