"Being handed an EpiPen and told to get on with life is not enough."

This week, Sophia was featured in the Melton Times, where she spoke about the realities of living with food allergies and the growing number of people navigating them every day.
More than three million people in the UK are living with food allergies. Behind that statistic are real people making careful decisions every time they shop, cook or eat out.
Sophia's own experience inspired the creation of Saphe Appetite β a tool designed to help people better understand ingredients and make food choices with greater confidence.
