What a pleasure to make these for a lovely couple who approached us last year and asked if we could make burger macarons for their special day. They met in McDonalds and that’s where their love story started.

We were chuffed to have been asked to come up with this inspired burger macaron.

What’s in it?
Chocolate orange ganache burger
Marzipan sliced cheese
Juniper buttercream lettuce
Raspberry ganache ketchup
