Job Title: Marketing Manager (SOC Code: 2432)
Location: Leicester
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (35–40 hours/week)
Salary: £41,700 per annum (New Entrant: £33,400 per annum)

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
* Manage digital marketing, brand positioning, and PR activities.
* Oversee marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements
* UK Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
* Relevant marketing or commercial management experience is desirable; for new entrants, prior experience is not required.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Google Analytics.
* Must meet Home Office English language requirement (minimum CEFR Level B1).

Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available. Eligible international candidates can receive a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), provided all Home Office requirements and salary thresholds for SOC 2432 are met.
