Great flavour starts with great ingredients! ❤️

Our Chettinad masala is freshly prepared in-house using around 15 different spices and ingredients, carefully roasted and blended to bring out their natural aroma and depth of flavour.

From coriander, cumin and fennel to black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and aromatic curry leaves — every ingredient plays its part in creating that distinctive South Indian character. 🇮🇳

No shortcuts, just carefully prepared spices and a passion for great food.

Review of the Week at HinGlish

Every review matters to us, and we appreciate honest feedback from our customers. We’re sorry our chicken korma didn’t meet this first-time customer’s expectations.

At HinGlish, our korma is prepared using cashews and caramelised onions to create its creamy texture, natural sweetness and rich flavour. We also use a small amount of coconut as a finishing touch, rather than making it the dominant flavour.

Every restaurant has its own recipe, and we understand that tastes and expectations differ. We welcome feedback and will always continue cooking with care and putting quality first.
