Update on Fire Incident at Metrow Foods
Dear Recipient/Customers/Partners
We would like to update you regarding the recent fire at Metrow Foods.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, the fire services successfully extinguished the fire at our premises. Thanks to the rapid response of the emergency teams and
through the use of generators and other means, our dedicated staff worked tirelessly to bring the office back to a functional state.
With their incredible effort, we were able to process and have prepared for dispatch a number of orders in full from our Banbury depot for Monday deliveries.
From Monday onward, our office will be open as usual. We will continue rebuilding operations while maintaining our service. At present, we are able to supply full ranges of dry and chilled goods, and we are working to restock our frozen lines as quickly as possible in order to fully meet our customers’ needs again.
