Alongside our Award winning Pies & Gourmet meals, we produce a vast range of products suitable for the foodservice industry We would like to introduce our kitchens in
Leigh on Sea, Essex, where we run our Catering & Events company established for over 15 years and catering for every occasion required large & small, private or corporate, providing all equipment & staff required and also working closely with a marquee company to provide the venue too or at your chosen venue
We also produce our exciting range of high quality produce all handmade by chefs and not machines, Our range of very popular pies have been developed
over many years and been proven to be a great
success both in the trade and at selected butchers,
farm shops & deli’s & own many awards over the years
We are always looking to develop new ranges and
we specialise in small production runs of your own products for the foodservice sector, we can have capabilities for large or small quantities
in our fully Salsa Accredited production kitchens, we have full HACCP controls in place ensuring safety, quality & traceability to the highest levels

approval is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.

The hospitality sector has come together to launch – a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.

Spearheaded by chef and publican Tom Kerridge, we’re working alongside trade bodies across the sector, such as and , hospitality communities like , and you, businesses across hospitality, to say 10% VAT is fair for hospitality.

Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.
