Last week I was fortunate enough to spend the day at Outdoor Loving event with the amazing team from .uk
Demoing all the fantastic ooni products, cooking in some great ovens and eating probably too much pizzas!

We’ve wanted to try our hand at sourdough for ages, but the whole ‘sourdough starter’ part put us off.

So, when the lovely Hope from dropped us over some of her starter last weekend, we had no more excuses!

Hope has perfected her sourdough over multiple bakes and has created some easy to follow, step by step videos which we followed to bake our loaf.

Hope even has videos on sourdough starter maintenance, shaping and the accessories needed to make the perfect sourdough.

The satisfaction in our household today is on another level! Definitely give Hope a follow for some baking guidance and inspiration!

Last night we had the absolute pleasure of serving up pizzas at the launch evening of a new Bedfordshire based wine retailer, run by husband & wife duo, Nicola and Henry Wisson-Hill.

With twenty odd years experience in the industry between them, they know their stuff - they lovingly hand pick wines to get excited about and love sharing their knowledge with others!

As well as selling wines, they offer wine tasting experiences, cellar management and host events.

So whether you know a thing about wines, or like us, you don’t know much, give them a follow to learn more and support local.

It’s been a busy but fulfilling weekend.

Saturday we catered for a baby shower, and yesterday, thanks to Edwina our road was closed off to celebrate the Kings coronation!

It was heart warming to see neighbours, family and friends of all ages and backgrounds, come together to eat, drink, chat and enjoy the occasion.

Music was flowing, thanks to and lots of pizza was consumed!

Thanks to our wonderful community, we were able to raise £194 for Willen Hospice as well 💕

It’s been an entire year, BUT we are very happy to be returning to NEXT Saturday, 12th November with our deliciously filled pizza sandwiches.

For those of you who have not tried them, they are made using our 24 hour proofed pizza dough, extra virgin olive oil and cracked sea salt. Once cooked, they are filled with your and choice of delicious ingredients from

Thankfully the weather didn’t put a halt to things and we were able to cater for an 18th birthday celebration yesterday.

Last night we served fresh pizzas in Helen’s backyard celebrating her retirement. Such a fun party and we are so very grateful that we were asked to cater.
