The Charter Market is open until 3.00pm, and today we are joined by Leighton Buzzard Children's Centre with their free school uniform event.

Leighton Buzzard Children's Centre will be at Leighton Buzzard Market tomorrow with their school uniform event 📚

Just a reminder of our uniform event tomorrow. This year we will be on the Leighton Buzzard Market on the High Street between 10am and 3pm ( or whilst stocks last ) All uniform is FREE but branded uniform will be limited to 1 of each item per child to make it fair to everyone.
Please remember we are NOT a shop, everything we have has been donated so therefore there is no need to shout abuse at us because we don't have everything you want ( this happens every year 🥲) thankfully it's only a small minority !!
We will also ask you to queue so it isn't a free for all , we may also ask for some details so we can evidence what we do to show there is a need and we can do it all again next year.
We will NOT be ready until 10am ( there are a lot of logistics to juggle so bear with us ) if you turn up early you will be asked politely to wait .
Many thanks to everyone who has donated uniform, to the staff at Wear2School for their help in collecting and sorting, we couldn't do it without them, and to Leighton Linslade Town Council for allowing us to use the market.

You may notice a few gaps this week – many of our talented handmade traders have headed to the Canal Festival, while some of our regular traders are enjoying a well-earned break.

There's still plenty to explore, so come along, support your local traders, and enjoy everything the market has to offer. We're here until 3:30pm!

Fresh, local and full of variety – it's Market Day in Leighton Buzzard! 🌿🛍️

Our Farmers' & Producers Market is open until 1.00pm, with a fantastic selection from independent producers.

The Charter Market is also open until 3.30pm, offering everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to clothing, household essentials and much more.

Whether you're shopping for your weekly essentials or just enjoying a stroll through the town, there's plenty to discover. We look forward to seeing you in the High Street today!

Due to the weather forecast tomorrow, the LB Market Adverse Weather Policy has been invoked.

As the warning is Amber for heat, the traders are permitted to trade if they choose. The market may be smaller, but it is still open. This extends to the Handmade and Craft market.
