The shop is located at 48 West Street, HR4 8EU LEOMINSTER. It is well-equipped and has been thriving in the market for 9 years, with a loyal customer base.

EQUIPMENT:
• Refrigerator for cold cuts
• Refrigerator for dairy products
• Refrigerator for beverages (alcohol) or other products requiring cooling
• Freezer (glass door, double)
• Refrigerated display case for cakes
• Two machines for slicing cold cuts and cheese
• Oven for baking fresh bread
• Terminal
• Cash register
• Monitoring system, computer

The shop consists of 3 rooms:
1. Main customer service area with necessary equipment, refrigerators, shelves, etc.
2. Shelves for groceries, dairy refrigerator, freezers
3. Fully equipped staff area and a small storage room with 2 freezers and many shelves

There are 2 parking lots next to the shop, which are very convenient for customers. The location is excellent as it is on the main street of Leominster. Nearby, there is Indian restaurants, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, and many other shops. We have a diverse customer base of various nationalities.

Please note that the reason for selling the shop is personal matters.
