We are home of Shetlands Finest Products and supporters in small batch producers from Shetland, Scotland and further afield - including our very own Ice Cream, Shetland Fudge, Scottish Tablet and world famous Puffin Poo! We make everything onsite through our viewing kitchen and Cook School. Our refill station hosts over 120 items and we only sell our local milk through our milk dispenser. We only

ever use this milk in our café and when we make our Luxury Shetland Ice-Cream. We are proud to be Shetlands only café operating in this way - making sure we lower our carbon footprint and use of plastic. We are advocates in consuming responsibly with the highest quality possible, this is why we only ever use local meat in our street-food café and red tractor assured chicken and never any Palm Oil - sustainable or not.

Create delicious "ice cream scoops" using:
Marshmallow & Crispy Treat Scoops
Stack one or two scoops high
Use melted chocolate as edible glue!

🍦DECORATE

Add your favourite toppings:

🍬 We've found ourselves with a luxury problem... too much award-winning Scottish Tablet! 🍬(Now, that's not something we thought we'd be saying!)

Thanks to Paige and the kitchen team keeping the pans busy and everything running like clockwork, we've actually managed to get ahead and have EXTRA bags!!

We're not sure how long that'll last though... once word gets out, we suspect our tablet mountain might not be around for very long!
