Post holiday weigh in was more than I would have liked…. But the great thing is that number this week doesn’t really mater. I had an amazing time and now I have a bit more control over the food and drink choices I make I know I will be at the number I want again very soon.

Two planes, two taxis, a short walk and I made it back to my car for the final leg of my journey home. Back to reality, back to easier food choices and who knew sugar free drinks were so hard to get hold of. Will be enjoying and appreciating those! What’s your favourite drink?
