📢 BLUE TEXEL PREMIER SALE – IMPORTANT TIMINGS UPDATE 📢

Please take note of the new timetable for the Blue Texel Premier Sale, taking place on Thursday 27th & Friday 28th August.

Due to the new Bluetongue movement rules, Scottish animals are only permitted to be in England between sunrise and sunset hours. As a result, Scottish sheep will arrive early on Friday morning, for inspection and their own show before the sale at 10am.

⚠️ These timings are subject to no further changes to the current Bluetongue movement restrictions. Should the regulations change, timings may need to be amended accordingly.

🐑 Thursday 27th August – Welsh, Northern Irish & English entries (all Welsh, Northern Irish & English sheep must be in by 3pm or they will be refused from the sale)
• Arrival: 1pm–3pm
• Inspection: 1pm–3pm
• Show & Social: 5pm

🐑 Friday 28th August – Scottish sheep only (Scottish sheep must be in by 7am or they will be refused from the sale)
• Arrival: 6:15am–7am
• Inspection: 6:15am–7:30am
• Show: 7:45am prompt

🔨 SALE – ALL ENGLISH, SCOTTISH, WELSH & NORTHERN IRISH SHEEP
📅 Friday 28th August

One of our show gimmers, she only did 3 shows, always placed. Sharp cocky gimmer. She heading for Carlisle in a couple of weeks. She back to the field while the weather is settled for some down time with the other 2 gimmers that we have for Carlisle.

This year's haul, I could never imagine I would have such a good season, only one change in the team from start to finish. So proud of our gimmer, she was reserve champions last year as a lamb (profile picture), she went to Carlisle later sale and didn't make her reserve which wasn't big, I thought too much of her to sell what we got offered, I knew she had potential and she didn't disappoint this year as a gimmer taking
champion at west fife show in a aocb class,
champion at Perth show in a blue texel class, and today at Kinross in a blue texel class taking champion and reserve interbreed. Am super proud of my whole team, we got great feedback from judges, exhibitors and people around. Thank you to everyone and the shows for great events and thankfully the weather was grand too. ❤️
