As some of you may know, for the past 5 years, I have run my own small food business that caters for private events and I have had a market stall in a number of places in Sussex. Although I’m currently not working on this side of things at the moment, I do so love cooking for people at Christmas to lighten their load and bring joy to their dinner table. This year I’d like to do this once more and offer to make my vegan nut roasts and also help raise some funds as all proceeds will go to the
The weekend of 12/13 December I’ll be making a limited batch for anyone interested. The nut roasts can be frozen and stored until the night before you eat. I can deliver local (within 5 miles) or arrange Lewes town pick up.
My delicious butternut squash, chestnut and cashew nut toast is a great alternative or compliment to a traditional Christmas meal and has sold out when I’ve sold on my market stall with repeat customers coming back the next year!
