Lost for 136 years. Brought back to life. 🍺

Discovered by chance in a brewing journal dating back to 1890, Lost Brew No.156 is a forgotten Victorian Strong Ale, recreated by our brewing team in the very same brewery where it was first made.

Brewed using heritage British barley, alongside Sussex Fuggles and Kent Goldings hops, this 7.7% ABV deep golden amber ale is rich and complex, with notes of sweet malt, toffee, ripe banana and caramelised fruit, balanced by a firm hop finish.

Available now in limited quantities in 440ml cans from our Brewery Shop and online, as well as on draught in selected pubs (stockist list coming soon!).
