Did you know fish is the most simple meal to cook?

All I did was layer white onion on the bed of the pyrex dish to stop the salmon sticking, salmon one end, asparagus on the other.
Little bit of oil and butter, garlic and mixed herbs of your preference to taste and baked open in the oven, on a fan, 180 for 25 minutes. Roasties I cooked separately, however everything else is simply in one dish.

Amazing toped with a lovely cheese sauce, maybe a parsley sauce, or for some, maybe hollandaise.

That's tea sorted tonight, yummy 😋

Fantastic line caught Halibut, chopped in to steaks and our best king size Shetland scallops!
Superb quality and exceptionally tasty!

We are ready to serve from 8am or just before, if you want to guarentee snapping up these fantastic items in the markets Church Stretton Thursday and Lichfield Friday.
