Has anyone else used these. I used them on my Thomas the tank engine for my son's 3rd birthday cake and they wouldn't dry and just ran into each other like a blobbed mess. I was heartbroken. I'm going to be sending them back for a refund!!!!!!!

My Thomas the tank engine cake I made for my son's 3rd birthday. Thomas made from fondant and the new edible paint rainbow dust! It was AWFUL it didn't try and all the paints ran into each other as you can see on the side. I was devastated.
