Kern is a much stronger flavour profile, matured for up to 24 months, often compared to Alpine style cheeses. ⁣

Wow have we enjoyed this collaboration pizza with Dough LoCo

This is the Tomartiflete. A pizza version of the classic Alpine dish Tartiflete and my word it didn’t disappoint. ⁣
⁣
Sourdough base, classic tomato sauce, mozzarella, crispy cubes of roast potatoes, crunchy pancetta lardons, Fleur des Alpes Cheese topped off with caramelised onions.
⁣
We supplied the Alpine cheese, Dough Loco created pizza perfection. ⁣
⁣
On the menu until the end of July so get yours now, it’s hands-down delicious!
