If you run an independent water-treatment company, have you thought about joining the Quality Water Association?
The QWA exists because the future of our industry should not be decided by a handful of large national businesses—or by whoever makes the loudest claims.
Independent companies bring something valuable to this industry. We know our local water, we understand the equipment we install, and we remain accountable to the customers we look after long after the initial sale.
By working together through the QWA, we can raise standards, share knowledge and give independent companies a stronger, more authoritative voice. We are developing technical papers, improving the information available to customers and helping members learn from one another’s experience.
This is not about pretending we all agree on everything. It is about having proper technical discussions, challenging questionable claims and working towards an industry that customers can trust.
If you are an independent company working with water softeners, drinking-water systems or related water-treatment equipment, we would love to talk to you about becoming involved.
Manufacturers and suppliers may not fit our independent-company membership, but you are still an important part of the industry. If you share our commitment to good products, honest information and higher standards, our door is open and we would be pleased to hear from you.
For customers, the message is equally simple: QWA members are independent local businesses working together to improve the quality, knowledge and professionalism of the industry.
You may already know us as the AIWSE. As the association has grown, we have transitioned into the Quality Water Association—a name that better reflects the wider industry we represent and the work we are now doing.
We are building something for the future—and there is plenty of room around the table.
