Krantz Designs We specialise in the design & manufacture of the finest kitchens & luxury handcrafted furniture.

At Krantz Designs our aim is to create exactly the kitchen or bathroom you want. After you first contact us we will arrange a home visit to talk through everything with you. Lots of questions will be asked because we need to go beyond what the kitchen looks like on the outside. Apart from establishing the style we like to find out how the kitchen is used; who does the cooking; how tall they are; if there any children in the family. With your choice of bathroom fittings it is equally
important to tailor these to your lifestyle. We will arrange samples of materials such as worktops, taps and handles so you can feel assured you have made the right decision. Within two weeks you will be supplied with a detailed virtual design of your room together with a full estimate, all created and put together by the talented in-house design team here at Krantz Designs. Of course it is important to do everything within your budget, we will help make achieving your dream that little easier. Please contact us for more information and we look forward to visiting you home.

Not every showpiece is meant to be seen at first glance.

Hidden beneath a sweeping curved staircase, our Northamptonshire w**e cellar brings together rich American walnut, antique brass mesh and bronze vintage mirror, with softly illuminated niches showcasing prized vintages and spirits. Rich in texture and atmosphere, it’s a space that turns the art of entertaining into an experience in its own right.

Our North Yorkshire project is a true expression of classic design with a contemporary edge – defined by clean lines, bold contrast, and beautifully balanced proportions. Set within a beautifully light, open-plan space, this kitchen was designed for a couple who love to entertain – with cooking, conversation, and connection at its heart.

With everything in its place, cooking becomes second nature.

Great kitchen design starts with a layout that works around you. From creating dedicated preparation and cooking zones to considering how you move through the space, our designers look at every detail to make everyday tasks feel effortless. Whether you’re a passionate cook or love entertaining, it’s about anticipating your needs - and perhaps a few you hadn’t thought of yet.

Classic, with a natural warmth. A light, calming palette sets the tone for a relaxed living space, while rich American walnut introduces depth and natural character. A combination we’ll always come back to - what's your go-to palette?

The most successful kitchens begin with a conversation while there’s still room to explore.

You don’t need to know the exact layout, choose every finish or wait for planning approval before reaching out. Engaging early allows us to help shape those decisions with you. If you’re asking the question, it’s probably the right time to start the conversation. A truly bespoke kitchen isn’t an afterthought – it’s integrated into the architecture of your home and the rhythm of your life. The earlier we collaborate, the more refined the result – and the smoother your project will run.

Head over to our latest blog ‘When should I enquire about a new bespoke kitchen?’ to find out more - link in story.

Spaces to work, think, read and retreat.

Designed as His & Hers offices, each space is tailored to its occupant, with integrated storage and open shelving for books, artwork and personal treasures. Designed to be hardworking when needed, but equally inviting when it’s time to switch off 💭
