Our final cake of the week is to celebrate Lincoln Pride this weekend, and is inspired by the trans pride colours. We also have some pig cupcakes to raise a few pounds for Pigs in the Wood.

Both are gluten free.

We hope you can join us before we say goodbye on Saturday.

Thank you all so much for your kind words since we announced Jo's surgery, and that we cannot continue with running our beloved Café Shanti.

We had so much interest in buying, but with the short timescale and the hard deadline, unfortunately none of the interest turned into an agreement, so we now know that our last day will be Saturday, 17th August (also Lincoln Pride).

If you intend to visit us again before we go, we recommend booking.

Thank you again for your love. You've made us cry a few times!

Also, please bear with us as we reduce the menu to avoid wastage. 😔

This is soooo pretty!
We have a bi pride flag inspired cake (because people are still proud after is over). 🩷💜💙

It is a vanilla cake topped with strawberry.

As always, when it is gone, it is gone.

As you will have seen from our post (or maybe the Lincolnite), Mel and Jo will be leaving Shanti in August as Jo is having a mahoosive operation and will be out of action for a long time. We are hoping someone will take this lovely place over, but if they don't, this will be the end of Lincoln's beloved vegan restaurant.

We hope to see you before the end.

The customers have been a fundamental part of why we have loved our time running Shanti. Please come and see us before we go!!
