Well here I am, taking the plunge and stepping out from behind the camera for a change!😄 How nervewracking it feels to finally do this!
Firstly, I really just had to show off my fantastic homemade branded apron, made by my talented sister over at . I absolutely love it, it's both comfortable and practical, and the finish on it is so precise- my very own logo embroidered on it! Swoon! 😍
Secondly, it's nice to come out from behind the mask to introduce myself 😄 I'm Jenny- owner, Baker, admin, social media, driver, shopper, fixer at all things Bramble 😄 I have always worked in hospitality and I really do love it- anything to do with food and flavour. I just devour cookery shows and books and I can honestly say I absolutely love what I do.
My business was borne out of that love, and paired with the first lockdown of 2020, Bramble was created. I missed my local cafes and restaurants, and I just thought how nice to be able to offer a dining experience of sorts while we were all stuck at home.
I've been relatively quiet of late, really luckily for me this has been to enjoy some wonderful family trips. With my fiancé I have 2 very energetic and fun-loving young girls, and I'm so happy that we have been able to spend some quality family time together before my eldest starts primary 1 in a couple of weeks. Where does the time go?!
Thank you to all my wonderful friends, family and of course customers who have all been such a dream this last year. Couldn't have done it without you! 🥰
I'm happily now back into the swing of things and should be launching new products soon!
