Luckily at Nero, all three seem to alternate and work pretty well together.

Because great food isn’t about doing things exactly the same.

Some specials are named after ingredients.

This one was named after Lisa. ❤️

If you’ve visited Nero before, there’s a good chance you’ve met Lisa. She’s back helping out, and we’re delighted to have her around the restaurant again.

So when these addictive little fried pizza bites became a staff favourite, there was only one name that made sense…

🍕 Lizza’s Bitez 🍕

Crispy fried pizza dough, rich tomato sauce and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan.

Here’s Danilo showing exactly how they’re made, while Lisa enjoys the dish that now proudly carries her name.

Meet our Cannolomisu

A crispy Sicilian cannolo shell filled with smooth tiramisu cream, bringing together coffee, mascarpone and cocoa in every bite. Two Italian classics coming together in one seriously good dessert.

And honestly? Pair it with a coffee and you’ll understand why we are already obsessed ☕️✨

🖤 Today is a special day.

Roberto — our Chef, our backbone, the soul of Nero for the past 7 years.

Seven years of daily battles, long shifts, challenges faced side by side. Seven years of building something together that we’re both proud of.

But Roberto is more than just our Chef.

Roberto is Nero.

And beyond the kitchen — he’s a friend, a brother, a partner in every adventure life throws our way. Someone who means more to me than words can really say.

Today he starts the most beautiful chapter of his life, and there’s no one more deserving.

From me and the entire Nero family — congratulations, Roberto. We wish you all the happiness in the world. 🥂❤️

Nero at lunch is happening 🥳

We have been quietly working behind the scenes to make sure everything feels just right and while we are still putting the final touches together, it will not be long now.

We cannot wait to welcome you during the daytime as well 🤩

The feedback has been incredible 🍕🔥

After asking you to choose which pizza deserved a spot on the menu, one thing became very clear… there was no real winner 👀

So many of you backed both pizzas that we decided there was only one fair solution…

We are adding BOTH to the menu 🙌

From Monday, you will officially be able to order:

🍋 Pizza Danilo ie Pistachio kiss with mortadella, burrata, pistacchio & lemon zest
🥔Pizza Roberto ie Bianca Supreme with mortadella and potato & cheese croquettes

Two very different pizzas. One very difficult decision avoided 🤝

We are honestly buzzing.
