Shop Local, Support Your Community.

When you shop at a farmers' market, you're not just picking up fresh, delicious goodies – you're making a HUGE impact! You’re supporting farmers, boosting the economy, and even helping the environment by choosing local, often organic products.

From fresh produce and handmade artisan foods to incredible crafts, these markets are the heart and soul of our communities, and many of the farmers and makers depend on YOU to keep their businesses alive! Every time you shop at a farmers’ market, you’re helping them thrive and making our local economy stronger.

So here's a BIG THANK YOU for supporting local. Hope to see you today at Guildford farmers’ market.

Fred Dibnah, the iconic British steeplejack and television personality known for his love of steam engines and industrial heritage, has left a lasting legacy through his son, Jack Dibnah. Born in 1990, Jack has often been described as a "mini version" of his father, sharing not only a striking physical resemblance but also a deep passion for engineering and traditional craftsmanship.

Like Fred, Jack has embraced the world of steam, often seen working on and maintaining vintage machinery, including the steamroller his father famously restored. Jack has also followed in Fred’s footsteps by appearing in documentaries and television programmes, keeping his father’s memory alive while educating new generations about Britain’s industrial history. Despite the immense shadow cast by Fred’s legendary status, Jack has carved out his own identity, blending his father’s enthusiasm for heritage with his own unique approach. Fred, who passed away in 2004, would undoubtedly be proud to see his son carrying on the family tradition with such dedication and pride.
